President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos have been invited to grace the celebration of Iloilo City’s Dinagyang Festival in January next year.
In a radio interview, Mayor Jerry Treñas said he already sent invitations the President and his wife.
He also invited House Speaker Martin Romualdez and Senate President Miguel Zubiri to attend the Dinagyang Festival 2023.
The city will stage the world-famous festival face-to-face.
Earlier, Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo Abelardo “Albee” Benitez announced that the President confirmed to attend the MassKara Festival next month.
He will be joined by his wife and son Vinny.IMT
