Typhoon Tisoy (Kammuri) has no major effects on the province and city of Iloilo so far.

Based on a situation report released by the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC-6) at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3, no families were evacuated in Iloilo.
There were no reports of casualties and injuries as well as damage to infrastructure and agriculture.
The RDRRMC-6 monitored zero incident of flooding and landslide in the city and province.
On Monday, Dec. 2, and Tuesday, Iloilo City and some local government units (LGUs) in the province suspended classes to ensure the safety of students.
Philippine Airlines, AirAsia, and Cebu Pacific cancelled their flights to and from Iloilo.
Sea trips were also suspended. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) temporarily stopped the operations of pumpboats, fast crafts and roll-on, roll-off (Ro-Ro) vessels.
Fast crafts from Iloilo City to Guimaras and vice versa, and from Iloilo City to Bacolod City and vice versa resumed at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., respectively, on Tuesday.
No more stranded passengers in ports of Iloilo.
The provincial and city governments have been preparing for Typhoon Tisoy since last week.
Last Friday, Nov. 29, City Mayor Jerry P. Treñas issued an executive order “raising the alert level to ‘Blue Alert Status’ and activation of the Iloilo City Emergency Operations.”
The state weather bureau PAGASA lifted storm signal warnings over Iloilo and other areas in Western Visayas on Tuesday afternoon.
Tisoy, based on a weather bulletin issued at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4., is already 275 west northwest of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, or 195 km west southwest of Subic, Zambales.
The typhoon is now heading west northwest at 20 kilometers per hour (kph) with maximum winds of 100 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 125 kph.
Tisoy is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on between Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, December 5.
The typhoon entered PAR last Saturday, Nov. 30.
It made four landfalls over Sorsogon, Masbate, Marinduque and Oriental Mindoro.IMT
