Return of face-to-face Dinagyang a ‘complete success,’ says Treñas

The celebration of this year’s Dinagyang Festival was a “complete success,” according to Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas.

In a statement, Treñas said the return of all in-person Dinagyang activities after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic went beyond his expections.
