The amount was given to 1, 692 elementary pupils; 1,278 high school students; 989 senior high school students; and 3, 893 college or vocational students.

A qualified elementary pupil is entitled to P1,000, while a high school student will get P2,000. A senior high school student is entitled to PP3,000 and a college or vocational student gets P4,000. Only up to three children per family are entitled to financial aid.
