On November 11, 2022, Vista Estates proudly unveiled Georgia, a prime masterplanned development rising at the heart of Panay Island in Iloilo, during its grand launch held at Vista Mall Iloilo.

Born out of the grand vision of no other than Vista Land’s Chairman, Manny B. Villar, Vista Estates is a collection of masterplanned megacities offering everything that a city has, all within a single expansive development.

Entitled “Linked”, the event is an homage to the fine art of connected living – a kind of lifestyle where a community seamlessly links one’s home, workplace, and other “third spaces,” such as retail, dining, entertainment, and other life pursuits, all within a single lifescape. It describes a kind of living where everything that you will ever need in a modern metropolis is conveniently found within the borders of your neighborhood.

Breathing life into the idea of connected living were the stunning productions of Sidlangan Dance Company who performed contemporary and modern jazz numbers. Guests were in for a creative treat with West Visayas State University Artist Guild who created unique and artfully crafted wire sculptures and live caricature sketches.

Leading the toast to the successful launch of Georgia by Vista Estates were Ms. Jerylle Luz Quismundo, Vista Land’s Chief Operating Officer and Ms. Lily Donasco, Vista Estates Division Head for Visayas.

Vista Estates enlivens the concept of connected living through Georgia, a 500-hectare sprawling estate inspired by the scenic state of Georgia in the U.S. Replete with edifices featuring colonial and Victorian architecture, Georgia aims to replicate this charming yet functional design aesthetic in Iloilo.

As presented by Vista Estates’ masterplanner, Architect Peter Estanislao, together with Engr. Laimar Lucena and Architect Benzone Dechavez, Georgia will be composed of its own central business district brimming with office towers and business establishments. It will also have places of worship, a hospital, wellness institutions, commercial and retail districts, and vertical and horizontal residential enclaves. With Vista Estate’s guiding philosophy of creating lifescapes that are sustainable, innovative, lifestyle-driven, world-class and primed for growth, Georgia is poised to become Iloilo’s biggest lifestyle destination.

Within Georgia will soon stand a mid-rise, low-density cluster of vertical residences called Augusta Residences, named after one of the biggest cities in the state of Georgia in the U.S. It will offer 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units with balconies ranging between 33.96 sqm to 43.86 sqm. It will provide choice amenities, such as a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a spacious playground, and an impressive sky garden, where residents can relax and unwind after a hard day’s work. Smart home services featuring advanced fingerprint identification, virtual key access, among other state-of-the-art functions, also guarantee convenience and safety to its guests and residents.

So, imagine living in a place where you can walk or ride a bike to work, instead of taking stressful commutes. Imagine a place where you can spend quality time with your loved ones within lush, green, open spaces. It is only here in Georgia by Vista Estates where you will discover the fine art of connected living.

Vista Estates is present in over 60 growth centers across the country making amazing lifescapes even more accessible to Filipinos.
