The wait is over—Ilonggo bookworms who have long yearned to physically explore the shelves of Fully Booked will be able to do so on April 14, 2023 when the bookstore chain opens its newest branch in SM City Iloilo.

With the opening of this store, Fully Booked and its wide selection of great reads are now present in three cities in the Visayas: Iloilo, Cebu, and Bacolod.

“Readers from Iloilo have been calling for a branch in their city for quite some time. We were really eager to make our selection of great reads accessible to them so we grabbed the opportunity to open in this 30 square-meter space while waiting for a bigger space to become available,” say founder and Managing Director Jaime Daez.

The store may be compact in space but it will remain big on imagination and selection—carrying Fully Booked’s wide range of titles, from new releases to beloved backlist bestsellers. Customers will also be able to pre-order upcoming books as well request transfers from other branches, with some wait time, of course.

“Wherever we open, our store staff develops good relationships with the local readers. We listen to their feedback on which books they want to see on the shelves and it will be no different for our SM Iloilo branch. No matter the size, Filipino bookworms can always expect this level of service and selection from any Fully Booked branch,” says Daez.

To celebrate the opening of its newest branch, Fully Booked is offering exciting promos for its opening weekend. For a minimum single receipt purchase of P3000, bookworms can receive a free Fully Booked Discount Card which gives cardholders 10% off on d-coded items for a lifetime, as well as a 20% birthday discount.
