It was a good turnout for Iloilo MVP Taekwondo Gym as they start their first national competition with a bang.

For Pinggol, he said, this was a good start for the team which struggled during the pandemic in terms of training scheme.

“We’re very happy that new faces are starring the team. The team’s determination and discipline have finally paid off. We’re thankful because of the undying support of there MVP coaches, parents and partners. We hope to sustain this momentum in all our games this year,” he added.

Meanwhile, Iloilo MVP Gym’s face to face training is back and you can avail their one time free trial class. According to Pinggol, taekwondo classes can help break your child’s gadget addiction.

“Younger and younger children are more engaged with technology and the internet and we need to be mindful of that and set boundaries from the beginning of life. Smartphones have become their modern pacifier. They can calm down and keep them quiet, but it can also, be addictive.

Involve them in activities that require them to leave the mobile and other gadgets aside.

Encourage them to engage in sports that will help them physically active,” he captioned.

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things we can do for our health and for Pinggol, taekwondo can give your child the best physical activity that can help improve their strength, self-esteem, critical thinking skills, and self-discipline.

Pinggol was recently recognized by the Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA) and Grand Master Hong through the endorsement of our RMC-6B Chairman Jun Diasnes and Vice Chairman Michael Montinola.

The recognition is given to PTA coaches with outstanding performance in PTA activities/events and Taekwondo in general.

“I want to share this recognition to my wife, my kids, my family and to fellow MVP Coaches, MVP parents and my MVP jins, for without their support and trust I won’t be able to achieve this. Thank you once again Grandmaster Sung Chon Hong, PTA, Sir Jun Diasnes, Sir Mike Montinola and the rest of the RMC-6B members and fellow R6B Licensed Coaches for inspiring me to work harder always. I bring back all the Glory to God. Proud PTA, para sa BAYAN,” he disclosed.IMT Sports
