An employee of the Iloilo Provincial Capitol was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Don Esteban, Lapuz, Iloilo City on Wednesday, July 26.
The suspect was identified as Jojerick Bisnar, 42, of Barangay 3, San Miguel town, Iloilo province.
Recovered from Bisnar were eight sachets of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) weighing 20 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of P136,000.
He was caught after selling to a police poseur-buyer a heat-sealed sachet of shabu for P5,000.
According to he City Drug Enformcement Unit (CDEU), the suspect is considered a high value individual (HVI).
In a report by radio station RMN-Iloilo, Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) head Susie Garrido confirmed that Bisnar is a Capitol worker with a Salary Grade 6 position.IMT
