The Iloilo International Aiport is one of the best in Asia this year.
Based on the latest survey released by travel website Sleeping in Airports, the airport in Cabatuan town made it to the list of 20 Best Airports in Asia. It ranked 18th.
In the annual survey, travellers were asked to rate airports in Asia based on their overall airport experience.
They ranked their experiences based on the following factors: comfort (rest zones and gate seating); services, facilities and things to do; food options; immigration and security; customer service; navigation and ease of transit; and cleanliness.
The Mactan-Cebu International Airport, on the other hand, ranked 16th.
Only two aiports in the Philippines landed on the list.

The Singapore Changi Airport was voted as the best airport in Asia and in the world.
