Kice, a hopeful from the island province of Guimaras, is one of the Top 5 finalists of singing reality competition ‘Idol Philippines Season 2.’
The 22-year-old Guimarasnon performed Green Day’s ‘Basket Case’ during the fourth Live Gala on Saturday night, Sept. 10.
He secured the fifth spot with a total of 79.44 percent combined judges’ scores and public votes.
The results were announced on Sunday night, Sept. 11.
Other finalists are Ryssi Avila, Bryan Chong, Ann Raniel and Khimo Gumatay.
They will face off once more and will be reduced to three on Sept. 17. The final three will battle it out to win the coveted ‘Idol Philippines’ title on Sept. 18.IMT
