It’s time to showcase your basketball prowess.
The basketball team of Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) of the NCAA is scheduled to organize an open tryout for Western Visayas-based basketball players before the Season 96 campaign starts later this year.
The open tryout for the Region VI players aged 21 and below is set at 1 p.m. – onwards on Feb. 1 at the Santa Clarita International School in Puerto Real Subdivision, La Paz, Iloilo City.
According to Santa Clarita coach Rodel Camacho, the Generals will scout potential cagers with no specific positions so everyone is welcome to try their luck.
For Generals head coach Oliver Bunyi, he will personally come over to see the tryout and select players who can be recruited to play for the EAC.
The Generals are optimistic on improving their ninth place finish in last year’s NCAA season after winning four out of eighteen matches with Bunyi as the head coach.IMT
