An alumnus of Central Philippine University (CPU) in Iloilo City made it to the Top 10 of the August 2022 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination.
Brian Ray De Jesus Minerva ranked fourth with a rating of 93.70 percent.
The top spot was taken by Franz Joshua Geronimo Pingol from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) with a rating of 95.35 percent.
Jasper Berlon Mijares from Rizal Technological University and Francis Gregory Lao shared the second spot with a score of 94.40 percent.
Ian Harvey Rama Mendoza from PUP came in third with a rating of 93.95.
The fifth spot was occupied Rock Mendoza de Peralta from Lyceum of the Philippines University with a rating of 93.65.
He was followed by Anthony Obal Macalindog from Batangas State University (93.55 percent), Mc Rowee Valencia Macatangay from Negros Oriental State University (93.40 percent), Jasper Espinoza Prisco from PUP (93.00 percent), John Limuel Bueno Agillon from Batangas State University (92.90 percent), and Dawson Jay Parro Flores from Camarines Norte State College (92.30 percent).
A total of 3,184 out of 5,880 examinees passed the board exam conducted in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legaspi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Zamboanga on August 13 and 14.
