Tropical Depression Agaton, the first storm to hit the country this year, has wrecked bridges in the province of Iloilo.

A bridge in Barangay Muyco, Dingle collapsed at the height of the flooding on Monday night, April 11.

The 200-meter Monfort Bridge, which was built 40 years ago, connects the towns to San Enrique to Anilao.

In Passi City, two bridges were destroyed by floods triggered by heavy rains on Tuesday, April 12

Located in Barangay Alimono, the bridges link several villages in the city.

The Ulian Bridge in Dueñas sustained minor cracks but remained intanct and passable to vehicles.IMT
