Sixty-seven percent of patients who tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Western Visayas have so far recovered from the deadly disease.
The region recorded on Wednesday, May 20, four new surivors, bringing the total recoveries to 70.
All the new recoveries are residents of Iloilo City. They are as follows:
◾51-year-old female from La Paz district
◾50-year-old male from Molo district (repatriate)
◾30-year-old male from La Paz district (repatriate)
◾23-year-old male from City Proper (repatriate)
The number of deaths, on the other hand, remained 10.
The region currently has 105 confirmed cases of COVID-19. The total count includes the recoveries and deaths.IMT
