A total of 48 teams will see action in the Samahang Basktebol ng Pilipinas 3×3 Pambansang Tatluhan Under 18 Regional Finals which begins on Sept. 29 at the Ateneo de Iloilo (AdI) covered gym.
After series of competitive basketball matches, 32 boys’ teams and 16 girls’ teams made it to the regional cut and will try to eke-out each other in the weekend games.
The powerhouse teams from Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Negros, Bacolod City, Iloilo Province, Passi City, and Iloilo City will take on each other as they hope to clinch the victory and represent Western Visayas in the National finals.
The 32 teams that will play in the boys’ division include Malinao, Aklan, Tibiao, Antique, STI-WNU, Hercor A, Guimaras A, Hua Siong, Ninja United Tigbauan, Pototan Nasyo, St Roberts A, Colegio De la Purisima A, Hercor B, Santa Clarita, USA Gold, USLS Green, UNO-R, HSCI Phoenix, Exodus Kalibo, HSCI Dragon, Guimaras B, USLS White, SRIA B, Passi City, Naisud NHS, LAUA-AN, SPYRO, ACADEMIA, CPC B, OTON Elite, WILFPIDO, SIBALOM, Bongs 8 Carwash and JMNHS.
Teams from CPU A, WILFPIDO Aklan, CPC Roxas City, Pavia Angels, STICK, ICNHS B, Bacolod NHS, UNO-R, P413, HAMTIC Antique, Pototan Oking, Calinog A, Patriots Dingle, Guimaras A, and B will also see in the girls’ category.
