Another 13-hour brownout will be experienced in parts of Iloilo City on Sunday, June 14.
Power distributor MORE Electric and Power Corporation (MORE Power), in its advisory, said the scheduled power service interruption will affect areas being served by the La Paz substation.
The brownout is set to start at 4 a.m. until 5 p.m.

According to MORE Power, the brownout is due “comprehensive preventive maintenance” works.
“Nagsobra na sa normal capacity level ang power load sang transformer sang Lapaz substation bangud wala ini ginpaidalum sa Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Services sang PECO (Panay Electric Company),” it said.
“Kun indi ini pagkay-uhon, posible ini nga maglupok kun sa diin mas dako ang mangin problema sini kag mas malawig nga power interruption ukon brownout ang aton nga ma-eksperiyensiyahan,” MORE Power added.
Last month, Jaro district and City proper also experienced 13-hour scheduled brownouts.IMT
