A 12-year-old boy died after being buried in a landslide in Igbaras town, Iloilo early Monday morning, Oct. 31.
The victim was identified as Jonathan Malanum Enar Jr. of Barangay Mulangan.
According to Senior Fire Officer 3 (SOF3) Arturo P Adolfo of Igbaras Fire Station, Enar, his father, and younger brother were sleeping when the landslide hit their house at around 4:45 a.m.
The victim’s father and brother survived the landslide caused by heavy rains brought by the Severe Tropical Storm “Paeng”.IMT
